AJT Design Key Fob for Wrangler JK (2007-2018)
Enhance the durability and style of your Jeep Wrangler JK's key fob with the AJT Design Injection Fob, specifically designed for 2007-2018 models. This two-piece plastic case replaces the factory key fob case, providing a tougher, more rugged alternative. Crafted from high-strength, impact-resistant PC-ABS plastic, this key fob case is built to withstand the daily demands of off-roading and everyday use.
Unlike traditional snap-fit designs, the Injection Fob bolts together using socket head cap screws, ensuring a secure and straightforward assembly. The required 7/64" Allen key is included, making the installation process simple and hassle-free.
This key fob case is compatible with both versions of the Jeep Wrangler JK, whether your vehicle is equipped with a factory remote start or not. The package includes two different buttons to accommodate either setup.
Existing key blade, electronics, battery, transponder are reused (not included with purchase) and packaged into the new case, no reprogramming. Re cutting a key is not necessary, however the OEM case must be destroyed to extract the key, as the key is molded into it. This requires a simple cutting procedure, see instruction video.
In some rare instances (less than 0.2%), the key in the factory fob may not be compatible with our product. A check for metal in the side circles (see photo) should be made before the key is broken out. AJT DESIGN is not responsible for incompatible keys.
